Springboard Philippines, founded in 2013, is a group of companies based mainly in Metro Manila that focuses on HR outsourcing solutions for local and international clients. SBPH are composed of: • Springboard Search, a volume HR placement center that connects majority of local BPOs to both fresh and experienced talents; • Springboard Career Academy, a TESDA-accredited training and development center that focuses on English proficiency, soft skills, and contact center service curricula; • Springboard Select, an executive search firm that focuses on engineering and IT niches for both local and international clients; and • Springboard Translate, an arm that concentrates on multilingual (majority Mandarin and Cantonese) translation, training and development for enterprise networks. We have built and grown a broad solution in the Philippine HR field. We are continuing to build satellite teams in different location in the country to continue to develop next wave cities like Batangas, Bulacan, Zamboanga, Cebu, Iloilo, to mention a few. HR needs?
