Gender inequality is a systems problem that requires a systems solution. If we want to see a society transformed where women close the gaps with men on economic attainment and power, we need to create an intersectional effort to build the the infrastructure that supports all women and working families. We are creating a coalition of values-aligned investors, corporations and non-profits directing capital and resources into this opportunity. Our objective is to mobilize $100M in private capital to build the tools, products and services that will eliminate the gender gap.
