Spring Haney, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Crystal Spring Haney and Mark Haney to service areas that they believed were not wholly addressed by the current consulting community: Wellness and Maritime. The company has now expanded into web development and graphic design. In a global and fluid, digital age, we offer the ability to contact a trainer who will: set you up in our system, define reasonable goals and expectations with you, complete a body composition and nutrition plan, create workout plans for you (available online at any time), explain the workouts and provide documents to help you, discuss each workout after its completion, adjust your plans, and reach your goals through interconnected media. Our trainers have also expanded to help with mental and emotional well-being for a whole person approach. A boat is a small luxury, a tool for work or a home. What if you were offered the option to get your boat back to factory specs at a reasonable cost? What if you were then told that you could have someone clean your boat inside and topside, and complete preventative maintenance before things broke? In addition, we can provide you with the latest news from the maritime world, and help you with system upgrades. With our design team, you receive individual, personalized care plus a structured process which includes a cost and timeline up front.
