“Our philosophy takes us back to the basics of human relations: striving for excellence in quality of care; overcoming communication barriers; and always attempting to view your needs and expectations through your eyes, not our own.” – Dr Kia Pajouhesh, 1993 Since day one, this founding philosophy has guided our journey at Smile Solutions. From a humble beginning with just eight patients, we’ve grown to care for over 300,000 - without ever compromising our commitment to exceptional care, delivered through the world’s most vertically integrated oral health model. Today, as Australia’s largest private dental practice, we unite more than 80 board-registered specialists, dentists, and hygienists under one roof, providing seamless multidisciplinary care. Our team spans general and cosmetic dentistry through to the full suite of specialties: oral & maxillofacial surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and paediatric dentistry. Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD within the iconic Manchester Unity Building, we combine cutting-edge dental technology with architectural heritage - an environment many call “the practice of dreams.” Behind every clinical success is the strength of our people. Our experienced management, reception, and nursing teams are integral to our culture of excellence - with 25 team members proudly serving over a decade each. This dedication has earned Smile Solutions numerous accolades, including the 2014 Telstra Business Award for Best Overall Business in Victoria, and national runner-up the same year. At Smile Solutions, we bring together the best people, the best technology, and the best environment - so we can deliver the very best care, every day.
