Spread is the collaboration of two childhood friends who share a mutual love of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern foods. Our Chef (Brandon Weaver) and General Manager, have worked together, at a 5-Star hotel in Los Angeles (The Peninsula Beverly Hills) for many years. We're dedicated to creating the kind of restaurant that talented cooks and industry pros love to dine at. Our aim to create a great culture that allows us to create customer loyalty and that builds successful futures for our employees.
