We aspire to help children and young people build the relationships and skills they need to get on track socially, emotionally, and academically. We do this by training and deploying school-based Link Workers who are mentors to at-risk young people, building strong relationships with teachers and families for a joined-up approach. Link Workers design and facilitate an individualised two-year plan for each young person, commissioning local community organisations to provide specialist services to help support specific goals.

YMCA White Rose is a not-for-profit charitable organisation that provides children, young people and families in South and West Yorkshire with a range of dedicated services. Our team of specialists and dozens of volunteers deliver services designed to help young people achieve their potential and become the leaders and influencers of the future in their communities.

COCO aims to improve the lives of children living in poverty through health and education initiatives. We work with local communities at the grass roots level to support projects that are needs centred, efficient and sustainable. COCO are currently focussing on our existing projects, and will not be opening applications for new project partnerships until November.
