After almost one year of intense efforts to open the market in Indonesia for Spora Global's first products, however, it was established that the focus of the company had to be re-aligned. At this point, two of the co-founders decided to pursue alternative projects outside of Spora Global and henceforth Matthias Meinl developed the company into a management consultancy for both startups and grown businesses. Disposing of extensive experience in M&A and turnaround management from previous assignments, Mr. Meinl focused the company's business activity on startups, due diligence support, financial modeling, M&A and post-merger integration.
