SPOON aims to rethink how we grow, distribute, and consume food, by placing people’s local realities and day-to-day living practices at the heart of this transformation. This EU-funded project takes an innovative approach to food insecurity by employing citizen science to empower citizens in creating a more inclusive and sustainable food environment. Funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or European Research Executive Agency. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.
