Spondeo is a family company specialized in professional business support services done in a modern and agile way. Our focus market is Poland, we have local partners in Czechia and Slovakia and we aim to increase Nordic projects in the future. Currently we have 10 people on board; mostly senior business professionals. With us it is not juniors or random freelancers doing the work. Our services include: - Go-to-market -projects and sales strategies - Market researches and product/market fit analysis - Sales support as a service - acquiring first leads & RFQs or finding sales partners - Hands-on consulting from establishing new entity, finding business partners, real-estate searches and roadmap to the market - Management support and coaching - Early phases of M&A process (8 projects in 2025) - Events in Poland - White collar recruitment in the Polish market and beyond - Executive & direct search (such as Country Managers and other executives - in 2025 projects done in POL, SWE, CZ and UKR) Spondeo is not traditional consulting company with suits, ties and pumped invoices; we believe hands-on approach and aim to get things done plus pivot when needed. We are small but effective, fair and flexible and have passion to grow our clients' business. We have portfolio of over 700+ projects in the Polish market and since 2022 we have executed our work in other CEE countries as well. We know the key factors behind successes and also the other side.
