SPM Technology was founded in Austin, Texas in 1977. We have since expanded and are currently located in a 40,000 sq/ft manufacturing facility north of Austin in Georgetown Texas. SPM's initial product lines focused on CMP retaining rings and Medical Implants. Currently we design and manufacture parts for all areas of the wafer fabrication as well as Oil and Medical. From standard consumable parts to reverse engineering new parts and customer modifications. We also have a large portfolio of repair and refurbishment services related to Semiconductor processing equipment.
