SPM's mission is to work in and with communities to build projects that have a strong pro-environmental component, such as improved water, waste, and energy services, with the poor as primary stakeholders. Our goal is to deliver eco-efficient solutions to environmental problems that are relevant to and respectful of local contexts, while developing the capacity of local people to manage and own any resulting projects.
