Spintech Oceania Pty Ltd was formed in 1999 and initially specialised in the distribution of Diagnostic Ultrasound equipment and related IT technologies. Within a few years of operation the business grew strongly and secured distribution agreements with a number of leading companies specialising in Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and DICOM Image Management systems (PACS). DICOM Image Storage and DICOM CD/DVD Disc Publishing systems from Sencor, a world leading supplier of these solutions was included in the product portfolio in 2004. In 2008 Spintech Oceania included DICOMetrix, a unique leading edge PACS Monitoring and Alerting product to the range to give customers a complete turnkey digital solution. In 2013, Spintech has added the locally developed MIDAS range of software that provides automated, interpretive customisable reporting solutions across a number of different medical specialities. Spintech provides a highly qualified and knowledgeable sales and support team, with many years of experience.
