Our Specialties are: Water Supply & Sanitation: Spencon provides a number of construction services for the water / waste water treatment plant industry. We also specialize in managing site work, infrastructure, utilities, underground piping and pond construction. We have constructed various irrigation projects. Our services in this area cover a broad spectrum design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants. Roads & Bridges: We provide a full service approach in designing and renovating highway, pedestrian, bridges and other transportation structures to assist clients in meeting today’s travel demands. Our solutions incorporate traditional drawing and program management, as well as fast-track and plan/ build project delivery. Buildings: Our services in this division encompass everything that makes a building safe and comfortable to be in. We have specialized knowledge in the planning, design, construction, operation, renovation and maintenance of buildings, as well as an understanding of impacts on the surrounding environment. Electrical & Others: We offer solutions that includes electrical systems, irrigation systems and mechanical works.
