SCI was established in 1988, primarily to perform sub-contract services to the Regional Bell Operating Companies when deregulation posed many problems to the RBOC's, in the areas of providing non-regulated services; specifically, inside/outside cable plant and key systems/PBX installations and maintenance. SCI employs a dynamic, flexible work force comprised of ex-Bell employees and telecommunications technicians committed to customer satisfaction.Ê Our management staff has over 65 years of combined experience in contracting and implementation of telecommunications services.
