Spence Associates Information

Our philosophy is based around a simple maxim...businesses don't succeed, people do! Spence Associates is and international sales & management training consultancy that works with a diverse range of companies that cover a cross-section of industry verticals, including FMCG, Healthcare, Technology, Marketing, Manufacturing and Government. All of our clients, regardless of their size, have one thing in common – a belief in the power of people development to facilitate business results. They believe that people development is a critical factor in delivering their brand promise and ultimately, maintaining their competitive edge and (premium) brand status. Performance improvement is a key deliverable and Spence Associates act as both catalyst and coach to enable people to discover and, importantly, fulfil their true potential. Our common sense approach ensures that, what is learnt today, can be applied to the job role tomorrow and over time can be built into the DNA of the individual and the organisation. As well as working with some of the world’s biggest brands, we have also been commissioned to coach some of the biggest names in sport including Football, Tennis and Golf. Spence Associates comprises a core team of consultants all of whom have held senior management positions within large organisations covering sales, marketing, HR, operations and finance. This breadth of experience and knowledge means we are well placed to deliver practical solutions in a manner our clients can relate to and benefit from immediately. Our Focus in two words - business results. All of our efforts are focused on delivering discernible bottom line improvements for our clients. It’s because of this and because we are business people first, training professionals second that makes our approach so popular with our clients.
