ENGINEERING & DESIGN-BUILD Single-source responsibility, shorter time lines. System assessments and design engineering for mechanical systems including energy analysis, code review, equipment evaluation and system commissioning. BUILDING AUTOMATION Control solutions for new and existing facilities. Engineering, engineering design assistance,design-build, installation and commissioning of new systems as well as retrofit of existing (pneumatic, electric, electronic) systems. SPECIAL PROJECTS Mechanical services for smaller, custom/fast-paced projects. Performs as engineer of record and installing contractor. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE Maintenance and emergency service for HVAC, boilers and burners,chillers, refrigeration, piping, plumbing and building automation systems for the commercial, institutional and industrial markets.
