Speechen helps professionals, leaders and teams speak, present and communicate with more confidence and impact. We support both individual professionals and organisations that want to invest in strong communication and effective leadership. We also make space for what can make speaking challenging: nerves, uncertainty, being visible and trusting yourself when it matters. We do this through practical presentation training, leadership development, in-company programmes and personal coaching. From handling nerves and presenting convincingly to storytelling, team communication and personal leadership. For organisations, we create tailor-made programmes that connect with the people, day-to-day practice and development goals of the team. Our in-company training is delivered throughout the Netherlands. In our open programmes, we work in small groups with plenty of personal attention and room to practise. No standard tricks or rehearsed techniques: participants learn by doing, experiencing and receiving focused feedback. At our training location, participants also practise in a real theatre setting – a powerful and realistic way to experience speaking in front of an audience.
