SPECTRUM is a performance-based company dedicated to improving peoples’ lives. We have four major services: Sports Performance, Fitness, Physical Therapy and Corporate Performance. In 2005, SPECTRUM was launched with a primary focus of working with athletes to improve their overall athletic performance. 15 years later, SPECTRUM has evolved into a multi-faceted performance and fitness business also incorporating the following support services: Nutrition, Returning from injury, Education and Massage. Currently, SPECTRUM is located in Orlando, FL inside Baldwin Park in a 17,000 square foot, state-of-the-art performance center. Our staff provides a level of experience, education and expertise that makes us one of the premier companies in our field. In addition to our performance center, we currently contract and provide staff to international teams, professional sports teams, colleges, high schools, clubs and corporations. We are driven to better people’s lives through performance by means of strict, scientifically valid, evidence-base practices. SPECTRUM'S methodology leaves nothing unturned and we stay on the cutting edge of research and best practices related to performance training to maximize each client’s potential.
