Spectre Industries offers a high quality, cost-efficient alternative to traditional thermoforming. Our high speed rotary thermoforming machines and CNC machines have a maximum size capacity of 60”x120”x22” allowing us form and trim both large and small jobs with efficiency and consistency. These machines can handle materials ranging from harder plastics like fiberglass reinforced plastics to softer plastics such as low density polyethylene. As a full service thermoforming shop we can take your ideas from concept to completion. This process typically consists of design consultation, CAD, pattern creation, prototyping, tooling, forming, trimming/secondary processing, packaging and shipping. Our sales team and technicians can walk you through the necessary steps for your project to determine the scope of the job up front insuring that a clear course of action is developed and followed from beginning to end.
