Spectra is an LGBTQ+ organisation rooted in sexual health and HIV support, with a broader commitment to empowering marginalised communities across London. We provide inclusive, supportive and emotionally aware services designed and delivered by people with lived experience. Our work centres LGBTQ+ communities, trans and non-binary people, sex workers, people living with HIV, asylum seekers, racialised communities, young people, and others facing systemic barriers. From grassroots groups to the NHS and UKHSA, we collaborate widely to ensure our services are accessible, trusted and responsive to local needs. Through sexual health services, HIV support, counselling, mentoring, creative workshops and outreach, we challenge stigma, address inequalities, and create safe spaces for people to thrive. Our mission is clear: to reduce health inequalities, build stronger communities, and ensure everyone can access care without judgment.
