Spectra Healthcare Management, LLC began in 2001 as a physician and hospital service organization with the intention of providing alternative solutions to physicians seeking assistance in the management of their practice and the complexities of the business of medicine. Spectra Healthcare specialized in providing a broad array of management support, business process to physicians, physician groups, integrated delivery systems and hospitals that need assistance in the development and management of their physician strategies. In 2003 it began expanding its deliverable services to owned ancillary services in order to bring efficiencies to its clients. Shortly after, Spectra began to utilize offshore and nearshore resources to further the cost savings to its client base. Since that time, Spectra has added resources in India, Philippines, Haiti and Dominican Republic to its service platform and expanded from healthcare to a wide array of industries to include staffing and business process support services for most industries. The founding principles of providing our customers quantifiable value, cost savings with the highest level of integrity has also grown into providing jobs in a humanitarian effort and inspiring others to do the same.
