Spectra Capital Partners LLC (“SCP”) is a private equity firm that specializes in the funding, acquisition and management of closely-held lower middle market companies in select industries. We seek to invest in or acquire businesses that have demonstrated a history of positive cash flow and profitability. We invest in both equity and mezzanine transactions.
