SpectrA Building Designers was formed on 1st February 1988 by the original partners Charlie Ielasi and Frank Barilla with total experience spanning more than 38 years within the Design and Building Industries. Our Practice specialises in Residential, Multi-Residential and Commercial design. Over the years we have developed a large clientele base and we have produced work for some of Adelaide's largest home builders & developers. Our firm has received numerous awards from the Building Designers Association in its State Design Excellence Awards (DEA) and we have represented our State in the National BDA Design of the year awards. The office is state of the art and all design stations are operated by qualified designers who are all networked to create a desirable working environment so as to maximise productivity. Our design team work well as a unit which not only increases design capabilities but makes it an amicable and enjoyable environment to work in.
