Founded in 2022, Specifx specializes in on-demand data enrichment and metadata retrieval for the HVAC industry. We act as a system-of-record for the industry with proprietary data enrichment technology that delivers visibility, context, and insights into HVAC asset portfolios at enterprise-scale. Our mission is to transform the HVAC data acquisition and solutioning experience for owners, occupiers, investors, and service providers - reducing the effort to acquire essential information for day-to-day operations while supporting strategic, enterprise-scale investment and decarbonization initiatives. Our core product, Decoder, enables users of any experience level to instantly retrieve essential, high-resolution asset metadata spanning specifications, features, and performance levels providing only basic asset nameplate information (such as model number, serial number, and manufacturer). Building off our foundation, we plan to launch solutions for capital planning (Planner), energy and emissions modeling (E-Modeler), and environmental compliance (Risk Advisor).
