You come to us with a business idea, concept need or current challenge. We work with chemical manufacturers and the end use customers. We currently do have a program for speciality chemeical distributors. We will design a project scope and time line . Together we build the metrics to define the elements of success. We'll help you sell, we'll sell on your behalf or we'll train your sellers and above all we'll develop a strategy to find the special customers. You see we do not specialize in commodity customers. We are looking for organizations who want to grow while having fun and enjoying the journey. Our company was born from a need to be more responsible with valuable talent. We like to say we recycle talent. Unfortunately in the specialty chemical industry we've had to slug it out since the great recession. Experienced employees were let go as the market consolidated and capital investors searched for reasonable returns on their investment. We all learned to do more with less. Jobs were eliminated, product lines and research, scaled back. Everyone in the fox hole! When the jobs left so did much of the tribal knowledge. Fortunately for us we live in a new business world. The tribal knowledge is not lost its just not plugged in. Our organization locates and engages some of the best underutilized talent in the speciality chemical industry. You could say our team is too young to hang it up. There's just too much yet to do. As the learder of our team, I have industry experience in CASE, Metelworking, Composites and Pigment Dispersions. I have worked for both manufacturers of resin and specialty coatings. I have worked as a distributor and also set up distributor networks while working for a large chemical multi-national. I've lead research teams in the lab and operations teams in the plant. I especially enjoy developing new markets for newly invented products without a home! Our Team:
