Founded in 2011, Specialty Batch began with a fairly simple idea: the UAE café scene deserved better coffee, better training, better equipment, and far fewer shortcuts pretending to be standards. From the beginning, our focus has been on lifting the quality of specialty coffee across the region. We do that through consistently excellent coffee, expert training, practical consultancy, and premium equipment backed by proper technical support. Not the “send us an email and good luck” kind of support. The actual useful kind. We work with people who genuinely care about coffee. Café owners, restaurants, baristas, chefs, operators, and curious humans who understand that great coffee is not an accident. It comes from better sourcing, better roasting, better systems, better training, and a slightly unhealthy attention to detail. Our growth has been organic; built on the ethos of quality over quantity. We choose our partners carefully, from the brands we represent to the cafés and restaurants that serve our coffee. We are not trying to be everywhere. We are trying to be in the right places, with the right people, doing things properly. Today, Specialty Batch proudly represents and supports some of the world’s leading specialty coffee equipment brands across the Middle East, including Synesso, Poursteady, 3Temp, Rubasse, Bentwood, and Anfim. We manage sales, after sales support, technical service, training, and ongoing care for the equipment we stand behind. Because in specialty coffee, selling the product is the easy part. Supporting it properly is where the real work starts.
