Specialinsert s.r.l. Information

Specialinsert was established in 1974 by three sales agents who decided to exploit their experience in the fasteners industry to start up their own retail business. The company later developed and started its own production. The adventure began in Turin, Italy. From the first premises of only 45 square metres, Specialinsert has remarkably developed and today has 5180 square meters of offices, warehouses and production plants, 2400 square meters of open-air yards and three locations in North Italy. All this in only 50 years. All Specialinsert products are entirely made in Italy at the Maerne plant. The company’s Quality System has been certified by ICIM since 1997 and IATF:19494 from 2017. The KEEP-NUT products have achieved the ETA Certification. Our product range includes threaded tubular inserts and bushings for plastic materials, inserts for wood, fasteners for composites materials and anchoring systems for marble, stone and similars. In addition to our own catalogue, we make products to our customer’s specifications and our experienced sales staff scouts the market for new required fastening solutions.
