Speakeasy.work started as an organizational change consultancy and followed my passion and purpose to a path of enabling individual change for women in senior organizational roles. Today, we work to help women get to a place of self-awareness, confidence, and clarity so they can create the career and brand they want for themselves. Our mission is to help women Own their Voice – Take their Place – Step into their Power. Our pillars are Self-awareness + mindset shift + intentional practice. While we do some individual coaching upon request, the core of our services revolves around facilitating learning collective learning experiences. We believe in the strength of the collective in individual change. We offer ChangeLabs ™, four-week group coaching sessions around specific subjects that we have found a lot of women in corporate spaces to be struggling with as they become intentional about managing their career. From January to March 2021, we are offering the following ChangeLabs Developing Self-Awareness Personal branding Reframing Imposter Syndrome Networking and Influence We work with individual women but also facilitate privileged learning spaces for women in your organization.
