Speak Forward was founded by Jack Schlenker during his time as a Sophomore at Ridge High School. He realized while presenting with some friends that he loved giving back to the community, and teaching people about things that although very important, might be overlooked due to a lack of people dedicated enough to research and teach on them. The hardest part of getting something started is simply getting the resources you need, Speak Forward provides these resources to students at no cost forever, making sure that all students have the opportunity to teach their community on dozens of subjects, without the hassle of putting together slide decks and presentation aids.
