Company responsible for distributing the newspaper "Folha de S. Paulo" and "O Estado de S. Paulo". In the last decade, the newspapers of the country began to follow a new management concept: the union of forces around common goals, such as economies of scale and greater efficiency. It was concluded that the newspapers could continue competing in what are most characteristic of: the content. Thus, two major national newspapers, O Estado de S. Paulo and Folha de S. Paulo, started to create a distribution joint venture, the SPDL - São Paulo Distribution and Logistics, responsible for distributing the newspapers of both companies. Thus, they began to come together in the stalls and homes of subscribers. The distribution became more agile and efficient, and both companies achieved their goals of quality. The area controlled by SPDL attends every day of the week, more than 900 municipalities and 700 thousand households, a coverage of 50 thousand kilometers, involving in the entire operation around 3 thousand people, mobilizing a fleet of about 1,250 vehicles . The operation involves the delivery of more than 700,000 newspapers daily.
