Our Mission: The Spay-Neuter Coalition of NM reduces overpopulation and euthanization of healthy dogs and improves the welfare of animals in the community. We work with the community to provide and support existing resources that benefit both animals and people. We use our hands on projects for community education, spay/neuter and to inspire policy, legislation and enforcement. Our Goals: Currently we are focused on Valencia County, NM until the problem there is greatly diminished.
