Spaulding Case Management was opened in 2001 by Susan S. Spaulding, RN, BSN, MSN, CCM and is currently owned and operated by Susan out of Birmingham, Alabama. Susan worked as a case manager in the workers' compensation field since 1994. She was trained and mentored by Kay Eargle of Eargle Case Management until Kay sold her business to Alabama Quality Assurance Foundation, AQAF. She continued working for AQAF in a supervisory capacity until transferring to Medical Claims management, Inc. where she worked for several years before opening Spaulding Case Management.
