Spatial Solutions Incorporated was established in June 1997 (Company Reg. No. 97 /008626/21) and is located in the heart of the Free State, Bloemfontein. Our main objective is to provide sound advice and guide prospective developers and investors towards sustainable and viable developments within the urban and rural environment and their communities. Spatial Solutions Incorporated consists of a group of dynamic property and real estate professionals with a multitude of experience in town planning and environmental consulting. In addition to the expertise offered by our team, Spatial Solutions also has well established relationships with other professionals in the built environment that form part of the development approval process.
