I founded CLBR to offer the services I was looking for when I was leading design recruiting teams myself; someone who understands the nuances of the industry, who I can spar with on talent-related topics, who provides realistic, no-bullshit guidance, will be a trusted brand ambassador and will provide a white glove candidate experience. Through CLBR, I perform targeted scouting and recruiting missions for a select portfolio of clients. By blending experience and grit, I'm able to connect my partners with unique and often deeply passive UX, product and visual design talent worldwide. Since founding CLBR, I have been lucky enough to work on assignments for startups, scaleups, design consultancies and game dev studios (a particular passion :) ) in the US, Europe and Asia.
