Youth Careers Collective (formerly Spark!) is a charity working to ensure all young people are ready, equipped, motivated & able to enter the world of work and pursue rewarding careers. We create and manage high quality work experience opportunities, inspiring career mentoring and meaningful employment engagement opportunities. Our work helps to raise the achievement of young people, improve their employability, and support to transitions into sustained employment.
