SPARA’s team members have led the development of numerous ISO 14040/44 compliant life cycle assessment (LCA) projects for carbon removal project developers seeking certification. SPARA has experience in many project types including biochar carbon removal, terrestrial biomass storage, mineralization, agriculture soil management, landfill gas capture, and green energy. In addition to our LCA expertise, SPARA provides carbon offset and removal project support through feasibility assessments and project design consultations. In the initial planning stages of a project SPARA can provide a cost-effective feasibility assessment of the potential greenhouse gas emission reductions or removals that could result from the project. SPARA's feasibility studies can identify gaps in project management, project design, financing, and other critical linkages that could undermine the success of the proposed project.
