Spalba is Asia's first immersive event sourcing marketplace, built to solve one of the event industry's oldest problems: sourcing the right venue or vendor still takes too long, involves too many phone calls, and relies on outdated, static information. We've built a three-sided marketplace connecting business users, planners, corporates, and event agencies, with a verified supply side of venues, hotels, and event vendors across India and the APAC region. Unlike traditional listing platforms, Spalba uses dimensionally accurate 3D Digital Twin technology, built on LiDAR and RADAR-enabled camera systems, that lets buyers take precise measurements, visualise seating plans, stage setups and branding, and evaluate a space with real confidence, all before a single site visit. Our marketplace spans 20,000+ event space listings across 100+ cities, with 3,350+ properties already paired with 3D digital twin walkthroughs, and a growing network of 5,000+ event vendors across fabrication, photography, AV, and more. We've built a community of 11,000+ registered planners, agencies, and corporates, with 32% converting to premium subscribers within their first 10 months on the platform. Monthly enquiries to our venue partners have scaled 10X, from 300 to 3,000+ a month, with an industry-leading ~35% enquiry-to-conversion rate and an 85% property renewal rate. What sets us apart is how we monetise. We've never charged commission or a pay-per-lead fee, a deliberate choice that removes the incentive to flood venues with low-quality enquiries. Because buyers explore a space in depth before they enquire, the leads that reach our partners are qualified by default. It's why hotel groups like IHCL (70+ properties onboarded in FY 2025-26), Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and The Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts trust Spalba as a genuine growth channel, not just a listings directory.
