While Spafford is one of several American artists to announce a drive-in concert, following Marc Rebilletand MagicBeans, their show takes place almost a month before the others, perhaps making it the first American drive-in concert since the beginning of the ongoing health crisis. Though the move marks the beginning of a phasing-out of concert bans, it seems as though drive-in and socially distanced events will be the new norm for months to come. Be sure to check out Live For Live Music's concert cancellation tracker for daily updates on live events around the world.
