Spade Security Group is a fully insured investigative agency and is licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 59, Section 1759.1 et. seq of the Oklahoma Statutes to conduct business in the state of Oklahoma as a Private Investigative Agency (License Number: 18PIA 4299). The partners of Spade Security Group are Private Investigators, licensed by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) in the state of Oklahoma. Rachel Stolz has served as President of Spade Security Group Inc since 2012. She also serves as Vice President of Stolz Telecom, a public safety communications company, since 2009. Prior to founding Spade Security Group, she held positions as Special Agent for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD); Investigator for US Investigations Services (USIS); Senior Logistics Analyst for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC); and Inventory Management Specialist for the F-100 program at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center/Tinker AFB, Oklahoma and Kelly AFB, Texas. Ms. Stolz earned her Masters in Human Relations, with an emphasis in Organizational Human Relations, from the University of Oklahoma, College of Arts & Sciences, Norman Campus. She also obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Cameron University. Ms. Stolz is a current member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). She holds a Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Basic Certification from PBSA. She served as the 2014 Secretary on the Oklahoma Private Investigators Association (OPIA) Board of Directors. She was an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) until 2017.
