SPACE+MATTER provides the full range of design, architectural and construction services for the complete renovation/construction of an entire building and its grounds, to the sourcing and supply of furniture and fixtures for a single space. There are three ways in which we can assist you with your project: 1. As a "turnkey" operation taking responsibility for all aspects of architecture, interior design, construction & fit out - from inception to completion – this is something we have developed and we feel is unique to us; 2. As a traditional arrangement where we provide lead design and consultancy services, manage the tendering and appointment process and act as contract administrators where you appoint a "main contractor" to execute the works; or 3. As a Design Consultancy working for you with your appointed team. We have developed a very strong design/construction interface allowing striking design ideas to be realised so that every project is bespoke. We are able to offer ourselves as a single point of contact for the design and execution of the work, where both factors are considered equally from the outset and throughout with full integration between them. This is a key distinction of our approach as the design and build responsibilities are typically separated. By using our services in this way, we are able to make observations on cost, quality and time which might not come to light until later on if going down the traditional procurement route.
