Fun, educational, inspiring space science and Engineering shows for primary school children, teachers and families. Spacefund, established in 2000 uses the wonders of Space to teach and inspire science and engineering. "Kids in Space Show" - launched in 2000, an educational, fun, interactive science based show taking the audience on an exciting trip around our Solar System. Visiting each planet in turn, we take in all the sights,; Neil Armstrong's famous first footstep, looking for alien life on Mars and a dangerous flight through the Asteroid belt. With beautifully built-to-scale model planets, the audience can see how little our precious Earth is in comparison to its giant gas neighbours. Suitable for ages 4 - 11 and linked with the National Curriculum key stage Science 1 & 2. "Team Tim" Team Tim, a hugely entertaining and interactive science show invites primary school audiences to help British ESA Astronaut Tim Peake pass his training and blast off into space! Help Tim to keep fit, do quick calculations, conduct science experiments, grow space plants, launch small satellites, and perform a thrilling space walk to fix an ageing electrical circuit! Full of fun, learning and visual effects, Team Tim is an unforgettable interactive experience for Primary school and family audiences that will delight and inspire the next generation! "The Biggest Rocket Ever Built!" Launched in 2013 Royal Academy of Engineering sponsored show telling the story of the Apollo astronauts epic journey to the moon and the engineers who made it possible. Be prepared to time travel back to the 60's where calculations were made on slide rules and computers filled the whole room. We celebrate this great achievement through the eyes of the 400,000 engineers, scientists and technicians whose dedication and team work enabled 12 astronauts to walk on the Moon through the creation of ..... the Biggest Rocket Ever Built!........
