Space4 is the offsite manufacturing arm of Persimmon Homes, delivering advanced timber frame solutions that drive efficiency, quality and sustainability across our developments. Operating a state-of-the-art factory, Space4 produces precision-engineered timber frames, highly insulated wall panels and roof cassettes using a ‘fabric first’ approach to new home construction. Our Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) system improves site productivity — cutting up to seven weeks from build programmes — while increasing build capacity and helping to address industry skills shortages.
