Space Workforce 2030 Information

While humanity extends its reach further into space, our workforce must reflect all the people on Earth and the values to which we aspire. The Space Workforce 2030 Pledge was first signed by 24 charter signatories at this year's Space Symposium in May 2022. We now total 30 companies committed to building a more diverse and inclusive workforce for our industry. Change is coming, and we're proud to be taking a leading role.
