As a charity organisation, all profits generated by Space Homes are reinvested back into Yorkshire Housing, supporting the delivery of more social and affordable homes across the region and helping to improve services for customers. We offer both full market sale and shared ownership options, and unlike many developers, we handle our shared ownership sales directly. This approach ensures a more transparent, consistent and customer‑focused buying experience.
