SPACE + THYME is a catering and events company based in Brighton. We are a collaboration of brilliant and passionate chefs, experienced hospitality and events professionals and a dedicated team of support staff. We make it our mission to create exceptional culinary and event experiences using top quality, locally sourced ingredients cooked to perfection and complemented with our can-do attitude and service delivered in an authentic and unpretentious way... and always with a smile! Our expertise ranges from catering at intimate and bespoke supper clubs and pop-ups, organising and catering at private events and weddings to large-scale catering for outdoor events and festivals. We can do this for one-off events as well as extended catering contracts for regular or annual events. We are proud to be one of the select caterers in the Events Village for the Brighton Marathon every April and the exclusive bar provider at the popular Spiegeltent for the Brighton Festival & Fringe throughout May. We are also thrilled to be the preferred outdoor caterer at the Sussex County Cricket Club in Hove from June to August providing top quality grub at all of their fixtures. We also have a range of really cool catering equipment for hire including our shiny silver Air Stream, a Smoker Train for infusing delicious smokey flavours into meats, fish and cheeses and a Bavarian Swing Grill that will make an impressive centrepiece at any outdoor event or garden party.
