Spaarke is the Legal Operations Intelligence platform — a Microsoft-native system of record where legal work, data, and AI run together across every matter, every document, and every side of the engagement. Most legal-tech is partial. A matter-management system tracks matters. An e-billing platform processes invoices. A contract tool reviews drafts. Each is a tool. Identity, governance, and the security perimeter are the ones IT already approved.
