Founded in 1970 SPA Architects is an award winning innovative design studio based in North Yorkshire. We have a national client base working on a diverse body of work. Our studio is based in the market town of Stokesley, North Yorkshire and deliver projects of varying scale, sector and complexity throughout the United Kingdom. We strive to provide a flexible and professional approach and work closely with our Clients throughout the life of the project to create unique design led solutions. To be successful in each design challenge, our enthusiastic and experienced team work collaboratively with our Clients, other consultants and colleagues. We approach each project with the same method regardless of scale or sector – understanding and responding to the requirements of its users to deliver socially and environmentally sustainable designs. SPA Architects are experienced in gaining planning permissions for a variety of sectors from single high end residential projects in rural locations through social housing commercial and retail to detailed laboratories in clean room environments. We have delivered innovative buildings across multiple sectors. Other services we provide include Project management and Principal Designer. Through commitment to strong progressive achievement and an on-going development programme, SPA aims to continually develop as a successful business, increase awareness of achievements in enhancing the built environment and to exceed client expectations.
