SOW.CAPITAL is an asset management firm focused on meeting demands, structuring solutions, raising funds and making investments in private credit assets. The company has a multidisciplinary team capable of acting in the various phases of a private credit project, from its conception and structure to its acquisition and management. It also has a Credit Track, responsible for the analysis, formalization and approval of the operations of receivables funds (FIDCs) under its management. Among its partners are professionals with more than 15 years of experience in the capital market and in the structuring and management of FIDCs. The FIDCs under management by SOW CAPITAL’s credit team have already provided over R$ 6 billion in credit to over 500 small and medium-sized domestic companies since 2013. SOW CAPITAL understands that the union between credit and technology will increasingly be a differential in the execution of more efficient processes, better services and structuring better products. With expertise in private credit, differentiated sourcing and an active presence in the Brazilian Startup ecosystem, SOW seeks to bring theses two worlds together in three ways: (i) Adding new technologies to our credit processes; (ii) Developing partnerships with fintechs to provide white label tools to our customers; (iii) Acting as a partner of startups in structuring and funding their operations.
