𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝘄𝘄.𝘀𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.𝗻𝗹 SoVenture is the independent institutional strengthening and strategy advisory of Tonia Dabwe, a Dutch-Liberian consultant with 20+ years of experience helping NGOs, BSOs, sector associations, networks, innovation hubs and SMEs build the strategic, governance and financial foundations they need to grow and sustain themselves. This can mean stronger governance and clearer strategy for a regional network, a credible path to financial independence for a nonprofit and improved competitiveness or better access to finance for an SME. Clients include ITC, IDB, Spring Impact and Dutch government agencies. Tonia takes on remote and in-person assignments, and works in English, Spanish, French and Dutch. 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 • Governance framework and action plan for AWEN (ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network). Developed comprehensive governance framework, leadership transition tools and two-year action plan; delivered leadership and governance retreat in Laos. Client: ITC. • Designed and led capacity building in IDB’s flagship Access to Financing Challenge for women-led SMEs across 22 countries in LAC. Developed two 4- and 6-week online programmes for early-stage and growth-stage businesses. Client: IDB • Strategic positioning and monetisation support for NACOFTAN (National Coffee and Tea Association of Nigeria). Facilitated organisational diagnostic; developed partner engagement strategy and two revenue-generating service concepts, and a 3-year organisational development roadmap. Client: ITC • Growth strategy and organisational strengthening for Project Jeune Leader, a fast-growing NGO in Madagascar. Co-developed a scaling pathway, refined the value proposition and facilitated leadership & senior team workshops online and on-site. Client: Spring Impact.
