The subsequent appointment as General Manager of Harrop Engineering Pty Ltd* enabled Southways Consulting to remain dormant until 2009. Having successfully grown & managed Harrop Engineering for over a decade, in 2009 Ken decided it was time that Southways deserved the same enthusiasm and passion that he had devoted to his career & overseas travels.
